The Monmouth County HSC Executive Committee is now accepting Notices of Intent forms from all agencies interested in applying for FY2026 Continuum of Care funding administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Agencies interested in HUD CoC funding must submit a Notice of Intent form for each project which will be reviewed by a local selection committee appointed by the Monmouth HSC Executive Committee.
The HSC Executive Committee strongly suggests all agencies interested in applying read the FY2026 CoC Funding NOFO due to significant changes in the CoC funding:
